This 600K brevet starts in northern Santa Rosa and heads north through the Alexander Valley to Cloverdale and Hopland before climbing over the Hopland Grade to Lakeport. It then continues north to Upper Lake before making a big swing all the way down to Winters before heading home on the same route.
Best Western is offering a 15% discount to our participants. Please call the hotel directly ((707) 545-9000) and refer to "GP15". We do not have a block of rooms set aside and availability is not guaranteed. They will drop the 2-day requirement and let you book your room for Fri and Sun nights, omitting Sat. You will need to physically check out of the room. We (SRCC) will hold your gear for Sunday, not the hotel.
The Pope Valley Farm Center control (mile 230) is allowing us to use their hall for sleeping. No need to try to book local accommodations. Add a sleeping bag, towel and alarm clock to your drop bag.
