SRCC Ride archive

This is the Santa Rosa Cycling Club's archive of past rides.  If you are looking for a good ride or need some ideas for a ride you'd like to lead, this is a good place to start.
The club organizes over 100 rides each year so in order for the list to be useful it is presented in a way that that allows you to home in on the type of ride you are looking for.  The rides are listed in a table format and are in a scroll box, you can move the slides on the right side and bottom to display more listings.  You can click on the name of the ride, it is a link to the ride slip and map.

The "Terrain" column is is coded 1-4 with the following meanings:
1: Mostly flat (River Road, Dry Creek)
2: Rolling, easy grades (Westside Road)
3: Moderate grades (Graton Road)
4: Hilly; a few steep climbs (Coleman Valley Road, Franz Valley Road)
5: Very hilly; lots of long climbs (Trinity Grade, The Geysers, Skaggs Springs Road)
(If available, elevation gain may be listed.)
There are four versions of this table provided, each with the same data but sorted in a different sequence.  So, if you want a long ride go to the version sorted by distance and scroll down to the distance you arer looking for.  Likewise, if you want to start from a particular location go to the version sorted by starting location.  The same goes for Terrain and Date.

Ride Archive sorted by Terrain
Ride Archive sorted by Mileage
Ride Archive sorted by Starting Location
Ride Archive sorted by Date of Ride

The main purpose of the "Features" column is to list the interesting roads the ride uses.  This gives you an idea of where the ride goes but also provides a way to search for rides that go over a particular road.  For instance, if you want a ride that goes up Adobe Canyon Rd, use your browser's search function (probably <Ctrl+F>) and tell it to search for "Adobe".  The features column just contains the interesting roads - for instance it would list Chalk Hill but not Pleasant.
